Westar Marine Services has been catering to the San Francisco Maritime Community since it was founded in 1976 by Buzz Heffron.  In the summer of 1997 Westar relocated from Pier 46B to Pier 50C to make room for the new San Francisco Baseball Park.  Westar operates 17 Tugs, 8 Water Taxis and 19 Barges. The experienced, professional personnel who operate and maintain this equipment are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
